Cards Broken Down

Card Types and Break Downs

This is the main front of the cards and the overall Mystery of Indexia. Beware those that try to find out the mystery as they often vanish.

This is the cost of the card. If a player can not pay this amount, then the card can not be used. They can use Value Cards, Values at Startup and Rank Cards to pay. (See Value Cards, Values at Startup, Rank Cards.)

This is basically how much damage a creature, item, etc. can take before expiring and being sent to the Cemetery. (See Life, Cemetery.)

During most modes of play, this will have little to no barring on the outcome of the fight. However, RPG will have a great deal of bearing. Some of the abilities will take this into consideration. It is the amount of lift the character, creatures, etc. has. (See Brik Mine.)

These represent, in order, Physical Attack, Magic Attack, Mental Attack and then Energy Attack (See Attack/Defense.)

This is how much Soulmere is within a card. This can be used by certain characters in spells, etc. Or it can be used to overcome the creature in certain situations. (See Soulmere.)

These three stats come into play all the time. Keep an eye on these as they may well make a difference at a crucial time. (See Suspend ball, Reach ball, and Mobility Ball.)

This is how aggressive the player, creature, etc. will be in game play. It will govern many different things. (See Initiative ball.)

The player has to have these on their Rank card or their Character card to be able to play this card. (See Prerequisites, Rank ball.)

This is the Card Type which tells the player what they are playing and if this is affected by certain abilities . (See Card Type.)

This is simply the name of the card that is being used. (See Card Name.)

There are two type of abilities, the Continuous Ability which is on the left and the Triggered ability which is on the right.  (See Continuous Abilities, Triggered Abilities.)

Shows what the character can and can not do. If there is an Icon in the Prerequisites for a card that is not here, it can not be used. (Except the green ball with the orange lettering, that is a rank icon.) See Rank Icons.

This is the character race card, outside back, which shows the character Name, character race, an image of the character, the age and persona of the character. (See Persona.)

This shows the main stats of the character, their true name (if they go by an alias, it will be on the Character Card Race and name.), the Main stats of the character, their Startups, Ranks, Values at Startup, etc. Keep this hidden from others so that they don’t know your true strength.

The History Card shows the history of the race, (we will be removing the Ranks from this part of the card, our bad.), and any mutations of the character. (Read all mutations carefully as some of them are very helpful and others very hurtful.)

This card holds all of the stats of the character when it comes to secondary’s. Such as their will, lying, etc. These are used in the Roll Playing game the most, but will come in handy during other types of battle as well. Everyone can see these stats, so be careful of those that study them well. And always study your opponents.
