Welcome to Indexia: Davinious Janaka

Welcome to the realms of Indexia: Davinious Janaka in the multiverse of Left Shoe. The creations of the First Super Suprema were, to say the least, extremely powerful and usually rather twisted. Due to his inability to see futures and near total lack of imagination, his creations were a bit overpowered and always a bit boring. With the coming of the one that freed the imagination the multiverse became Young once more. With vibrancy, power, and lots of imagination. Following in the footsteps of the First, the realm is now solidified with rules, Primordials, God-Slayers and so much that could destroy everyone that it is considered a running joke with the Higher Beings at this time. Please, step into our realm, enjoy your visit and be certain to follow the rules.

Types of Game Play

Before starting the game, everyone must search their character card to remove anything that is not needed within their deck and anything that can not be used from within their deck. To do this, click the link below.

There are three type of game play that are useable with the single deck.

  1. RPG – With this, the single deck is used with the character that comes with it to play into an RPG style game that is setup with charts, bad guys, etc. To play this someone must have bought the RPG Deck Starter Kit, which will have everything included, but anyone wanting to play can with simply a single deck. (See RPG Deck Starter Kit.). In this style of game play, everyone follows the same rules as below, but they are working together and can share their funds, weapons, etc. with one another. In this type of game play the Persona comes into play. (See Persona.)
  2. Battle Mode – In this each player uses the rules below, but the field of battle has been narrowed slightly so that the character cards are on the field taking one slot. There can be four cards wide and three cards deep in this game making a field with twelve squares. During this battle the object is to rule the field as much as possible. Laying traps, however, can be hazardous to both sides since most traps are for ground units, if the units can not fly over the traps they will trip them, regardless of who set them. In this mode, the objective is to get your opponent to surrender, be destroyed, or be launched off the field. To do this last trick, get the opponent to the side of the field and then use an attack that pushes them from the field. (There are certain cards made specifically for this mode.)
  3. Table Top Play mode – This mode is where each player takes a side of the table and can lay down as many cards as they choose.  (See Table Top Mode Rules.) Most of the rules below will pertain to this style of playing. Both parties are trying to defeat their opponent in one way or another by using whatever tricks they can muster to defeat them. The field of battle, however, can grow quite large in this form of battle. And battle continues until one side or the other concedes or is no longer able to continue.
  4. Monster Deck – This is where the single deck is played against the Monster Deck. (See Monster Deck for Game Play.) This pits the player, or players, against the Monster Deck.
  5. Platform Mode – Much like Battle Mode, Field Mode narrows the playing field, but in this case, it allows each side to have three cards wide and nine cards deep, making twenty seven spots in all. The object is to make the opponent concede or no longer able to continue. (See Platform Mode Rules.)
  6. Heads Up Mode – This is where the characters are the only thing used, with two weapons, spells, etc. placed on the field for attack or defense. (See Heads Up Mode Game Play). No cards are drawn and nothing need be paid for. The spells, weapons, etc. act like normal, but don’t have to be paid to come into play.
  7. Quick Play Mode – In this mode, most of the rules are thrown out the window and players simply bash each other until one or the other is defeated. (See Quick Play Mode.)
