Mental Ranks

These are the Base Ranks of the Mental Users. Most Mental Ranks do not require a base rank, though it will make the player more powerful if they have them. Some, however, do require a base rank and will not appear unless that is met.

Mental Ranks are incredibly powerful and the users are often shunned by other Ranks simply due to their abilities. To keep from being attacked on sight, most Mental users will hide their identity and make their abilities seem like magic rather than mental. At least until they gain the trust of those around them.
