The Rimtara live in a Hierarchy society with a King, Queen and council of Elders. All of the Rimtara are connected from one city to another. The cities can talk with one another through technologies that they have created and connect to satellites that circle the probe. The satellites will “float” just inside the atmosphere and will last around a week before being destroyed in one way or another, usually by SkyWalkers (See SkyWalkers).

Due to this, their communities are very strong and they have a massive since of loyalty toward one another. They can all be mobilized in a moments notice and a their movements can be scanned from anywhere on the probe, save for the dark side. Due to this, they are a great resource for any army that chooses to use them. However, it is very costly to get them to work with any race other than their own. 

Each city, built from metals from the ore in the ground, is a technological marvel unto itself. The single city is a mobile unit like that of a tank and can be moved, though slowly, across the ground while still granting defense to the occupants. The metal that these are made of is like that of steel, but the metal is fused with the energies and powers that live within and it makes them much more dense than they truly should be. This causes a city to be able to defend from massive attacks with little to no scratches or dents. It is said that a single city can take up to thirty years for even a Rattle to crack due to its ever healing abilities. This makes the Rimtara one of the most defensible races on the probe but their size makes these cities unsuitable for any other race to enter, save for those of similar size and height. The cities can hold up to five hundred Rimtara at a time and there are nearly a thousand of these cities on Shenor alone, no one is certain how many of them are on other continents at this time. No one, save the Rimtara.
