The Fair persona is the first persona in the Neutral category. This category is for those that have little sway one way or the other toward being “good” or “evil”. Due to this the Fair persona is very careful to steer clear of crimes that might incriminate themselves, but they are alright with crime in general. Some person steels from another and this person knows who it might be, they will keep it to themselves rather than sticking their necks out for anyone. They often will commit crimes themselves, but it is always petty and never when they could get caught.

Fair people will have their own mindset about an issue, but will share only after others have shared. They will rarely give their opinions until they know those of the person they are sharing it with. Then they will sway their opinion toward whatever the other person believes. Going so far as changing their opinion completely to suite who they are with. If there are multiple opinions, this person will say they see both sides and then sway toward whichever person they see as the better leader. Their own opinion on the matter will not surface until they are away from those that would be swayed by their opinion. Often the Fair person doesn’t actually know their own opinion on the matter.

This person is easily swayed one way or the other, but prefers to stay neutral and out of the overall conversation when they have to take one side or the other. When it comes to decisions, this person will base their decisions on others rather than making their own. If no one is there, they are very decisive and can make a decision quickly. If there is even one person with them, the decision becomes increasingly harder because they want to “get along” with the other person and they will wait until the other person chooses before they make their choice. It will inevitably be similar or the same as the choice of the other person.
