Blue Magic Paragraph 1
When the Genosphey were pulled apart, the Faye were dipped into the “Waters of Time” where the First used those waters to help mold the new beings. These waters mixed with the original magics of the Genosphey turned into Blue Magic. The Waters of Time were forever augmented by this and as such anyone using Blue Magic will live far beyond their normal years. Some have lived for eons that should have lived for only thirty to fifty years. There are drawbacks as well, but Blue Magic is the magic of time and illusion.
Blue Magic Paragraph 2
Due to its strange beginning, many of the Faye would not use the magic at all and stayed with their Hodunic Magic instead. This caused Blue to lay dormant for eons until a small group of Supre Malds came across it once again when searching for the Waters of Time. They gave the magic to their charges and thus Blue Magic became part of the Cosmos.
Blue Magic Paragraph 3
Being made of illusion mostly, Blue Magic is used to counter spells that are in the process of being cast, create illusions to scare opponents away and setting traps that help the caster avoid a direct attack. Due to its speed, Blue Magic is ideal for anyone that wants to use magic as an offensive weapon as its spells are usually very short and, more importantly, easily mimicked with hand gestures. Wizards, who use any magic, often will master Blue first since much of their training is in gestures. The short spells help them defend themselves while trying to chant much longer ones.
Blue Magic Paragraph 4
Blue Magic is used my magicians and illusionist the most, though since it is ideal for slide of hand tricks and illusions. Not the most powerful of magics, it is very good in a fight because it is both offensive and defensive in its manners. A person can cast a projectile spell, while casting an illusionary animal to take any hits that might be coming its way both at the same time. Due to this, many Blue Magic users are considered much more powerful than they truly are. It is the only magic where a caster can cast two spells at the same time, but the manna cost has to be paid at the same time and the cost can not exceed 20 magic points.
Blue Magic Paragraph 5
Considering its affinity for time, Blue Magic is the only magic that can move a user through time without fear of altering a time line. It literally will adjust something the caster is doing to avoid changing their timeline when using any type of time travel. That said, someone can go back and change something as long as it does not alter the direct flow of their own future in such a way as to delete key players within their own timeline. Killing a few people and stopping their lineage is one thing, but killing someone that will affect more than 50,000 people in their life will not be allowed. Thus it is not a magic that is used for such things.
Blue Magic Paragraph 6
Also, Blue Magic, as spoken of earlier, make the user’s life slow to a crawl and as such, spells that would age the users, or enchantments, curses, etc. will have no effect directly on the Blue Magic user as long as they have imbued their souls with the magic. The trade off, however, is that a person who imbues their soul completely with Blue can no longer use Red, Pink, Purple, Gold, or Yellow at all. They can not use Energies that are not hydro oriented and they can not cast curses of any sort.
